UPDATE! Welsh Mayor Doesn't Think Judge Was Impartial

The Welsh Mayor, Carolyn Louvier, along with two of her children, as well as Marcus Crochet, the chief of police who can't stay within his budget, all filed separate defamation law suits against Welsh Councilman Colby Perry. Perry's attorneys filed a 971 motion to dismiss, based on the FACT that the law suit was a strategic lawsuit against public participation.

The judge who heard the motion found in Perry's favor and dismissed the suit but the mayor and her kids recently filed a motion to recuse the judge claiming that he has a personal relationship with Perry's grand parents and uncle. Sadly, the mayor and her kids just don't seem to understand the !st Amendment of the Constitution or that it allows people to freely think and have opinions and speak.
