Halo - New Game should be a Reboot

Halo has been struggling for quite some time, but it seems now with a move to Unreal Engine 5 and what appears to be an expansion of the studio responsible for it (343 becoming Halo Studios) they may finally be in a place to get the franchise back where it belongs. I think this is a perfect time to completely reboot Halo.
