Ethan Fails a Bubble Tea Job Interview (read description/comments)

My comments:

0:46 I asked her to explain the role and she completely ignored the question and turned it back on me. I got caught up in the moment and let her do this. Failure from my point

1:18 asked if there's anything else she wanted to know. I should have started by asking for her expectations. Especially with her response after which was vague and puts me in a position where I have to guess what she wanted.

1:56 This is where she shows what she really wanted to hear. Which I'm not 100% sure of but I think she was trying to see if I don't have the right experience for the job.

2:47 just allow it why would you even expect me to know specifics if I haven't worked in a bubble tea shop? Nowhere on the job description does it state you should. How many people even applied for this job for them to be so picky oh my days. I should've just said "well yes but I presumed there was training on this as there was no mention of industry knowledge in the job spec".

Overall I spoke too long. When I asked questions they weren't specific enough so it was easy for her to dodge them. She either decided to not show any clarification of if answers were good or bad or she wasn't interested in me. Screw them anyway
