GNOME 40 on the Raspberry Pi 4 is INCREDIBLE! - Manjaro ARM GNOME Edition!
Luke'sTech
I have been trying to get Gnome 40 on my Raspberry Pi 4 for a very long time now, and have finally found a way to do it! Over on GitHub I found the Manjaro Arm Community Gnome build for the Raspberry Pi 4. I downloaded the image, flashed it and when I booted up it didn't have Gnome 40. I then did a system upgrade, which took a very long time, and then I had Gnome 40 on my Raspberry Pi 4! Performance is some of the best performance I have ever seen with Gnome on the Raspberry Pi 4. Only 580MB ram usage on idle while Ubuntu uses about 1GB! Overall I've had a great experience with Manjaro ARM Gnome and I'd recommend checking it out!
