How I Automated Contactless Sanitization

Sayanti (@CookieNekoDiaries) , contributed her expertise to help us craft the code. Together, we navigate the inner workings of the device, discovering a surprising ultrasonic atomization process that produces fine droplets without any heating element or pump.

With exams looming just days away, we embarked on a race against time to complete this project. We meticulously disassembled the mist generator, repurposed its circuitry, and created a custom Arduino shield using prototype boards and pin headers. Finally, we integrated an ultrasonic sensor that triggers the mist generator whenever an object, like a hand or a face, approaches.

The result? A remarkable contactless mist sanitizer machine that sprays a fine mist of sanitizer without the need for direct contact. Experience the convenience, efficiency, and futuristic feel of this automated sanitization device.
