For unix systems such as Mac OS, BSD systems, and Linux systems, the sudo command allows a permitted user to execute a command as the super user (Root user) or via another user, as specified in the sudoers file.
In this video, I will give a brief introduction to the sudo command, I will show how to use it to update your system or to run any command as root user. I will cover how to run a program from another user and go over some common commands associated with the sudo command!
