Found a Radioactive Beer Stein
Radioactive Drew
While I was in Placerville California for Thanksgiving I hit up a couple of antique shops during the tree lighting celebration. Found a very interesting beer stein that used uranium in some of the glaze to give it a orange color. This was a common practice for a lot of ceramics during the late 1920's thru the 1940's.
