Lavalock Controller Use on UDS

I've had many people request a video about the Lavavlock Controller use on UDS smokers. The Lavalock Temperature controller is very easy to use. The mounting plate attaches to one of your air intakes and the fan adapter attaches to it. Just slide the fan onto the adapter and plug it into the port labeled "fan". next plug the power supply into the port for power in. The pit probe for monitoring the pit temperature plugs in the port labeled "pit". there are three (3) ports for monitoring meat temperature also. I normally use a bluetooth thermometer to monitor the temps of my meat.

There is a toggle switch on the side to turn the power on to the controller. After powering the unit on hold the adjustment knob on front down until you hear a beep and then click through until you reach the setting for pit temperature at the bottom. Turn the dial until you get the desired temperature of you pit set and push adjustment button again to set it. The Lavalock Temperature controller will turn the fan on and bring your smoker up to the desired pit temperature. The Lavalock temperature controller will automatically turn the fan on and off keeping the smoker at the desired
