Learn the Easiest Programming* Language - How I developed my Portfolio Website? - Urdu/اردو

HTML is the easiest programming* language and I think it is also a good language, to begin with. HTML can act as an entry-level computer coding language. We used an HTML framework called Bootstrap to make things look good and decent! (otherwise, basic HTML is pretty boring to look at)

*HTML is not a programming language but is a scripting language. Even though HTML is a scripting language, it still gives a very good concept regarding how the computer understands us and the overall structural process of programming.
