Elite Dangerous Must Wait

I took advantage of a Steam special offer and bought Elite Dangerous, despite it being a windows only game, after reading it can be tweaked to run on Linux.

After must tweaking and hair pulling I managed to get it working, but I think I'm going to have to upgrade my graphics card before I can play.

This is the initial tutorial. As you can see, it works, but this is at the lowest graphics settings and it's not exactly smooth. Makes controlling the ship very taxing!
