Why Do Prints Fail? Part1-When Prints Can’t Stick to the Platform -Phrozen LCD 3D Printer

In this video, we’ll show you how to prevent your prints from falling. By improving the building platform’s adhesion strength, your prints will easily stick to the platform, allowing you to successfully print out 3D models. 

Here are the steps:

1. Use 80 grit sandpaper
2. Roughen the surface in the same direction 
3. Check for surface roughness
4. Use sanitizing alcohol to clean the building platform 
5. Make sure to clean the edges This is suitable for all Phrozen LCD 3D printer’s building platforms.

There are two more reasons why your prints may not stick onto the platform. First, it could be because your printer’s Z-Axis isn’t laying flat on the LCD panel; it may cause the first layer of the model to not stick properly onto the building platform.
