Ringfield Brass Cog Fixed At Last

#modelrailway #ringfield #hornbyrailways Finally and at last the problem with the brass cog on the ringfield motors is fixed!

Thus has been a long journey with Andy Russel and Barry Davies both having suggestions and input in an effort to resolve this ongoing challenge.

Now you have an alternative to buying and installing a CD motor/pancake drive.

Get yourself a small C clamp and a small vice along with a couple of old Triang controller nuts.

Make sure you keep the cog 1mm away from the washer.
