I have written and spoken about this several times, but it is worth repeating again, and I encourage you to share this short video widely. The perpetrators of this crime are using this pseudo-legal structure to wage war using prohibited bio-chemical (and informational) weapons on the public under pretense of a novel viral illness and a rushed incompetent government response. The truth is - this is completely intentional, pre planned and well-practiced in numerous table top exercises. Most of the analysis here is using Bailiwick News Katherine Watt’s legal research going back many decades in US law. Katherine identified analogous pseudo-legal structure around “countermeasures” and “public health emergencies” in EU law, and similar provisions exist in Australia and UK.
