Consider most of everything on the internet to be fake. Trust no doctors and trust no science.

Are you certain what you see is real? Many of the characters we encounter on screen today either no longer exist or never existed. Thanks to advanced technology, they can be made to appear in places they've never been, using photos or video clips from past eras, making them seem current. This is achieved through green screen and chroma key techniques. By filming a scene against a solid, uniform background color, the foreground subject can be easily separated in post-production, allowing the background to be replaced with any desired image.
