$30 DIY Wind Turbine -Build Tutorial v2.1

The up to date build process for the $30 Lenz2 vertical axis wind turbine. The turbine can be made almost entirely from recycled materials with basic tools in six hours for $20-35. It is tested at 20% mechanically efficient in suboptimal real world conditions, generates hundreds of watts in a medium wind, and can survive 100+ km/h gusts.
