Did I caught a UFO on 10/20/2024

My wife noticed this in the sky and brought it to my attention. I hurried up to grab my camera and started filming it. It was flashing in and out and disappeared as soon as I was filming it. What is it?? My wife said it was there for a while before telling me. It was 7:30 pm in Saginaw Michigan. Sorry for the quality, it was pretty dark. I did try to edit it to the best of my knowledge.
