This is a microdosing review. In this video I share with you my experience when microdosing with mushroom psychedelics containing mushrooms.
Before microdosing I dealt with high levels of anxiety where I was just not content with my life. I felt there was something wrong and I needed to be doing more.
When I started microdosing I instantly felt a lot less anxiety on day 1. I was able to really pause and take a breath and look at all the beautiful things in life and experience a lot more gratitude.
The attitude of gratitude rewires our brain to to experience more happiness.
If you have a lot anxiety, depression, or physical pain you are not going to be in the attitude of gratitude. Exceptionally when your head in racing so many different thoughts, any time you have to do a task or go to a social situation you are dreading it and instead of being thankful you are on the opposite end of that.
Day 1 of the microdose those symptoms were majorly reduced for me. Resembles more serotonin in the brain.
I was able to go into social settings with no worry and was able to be myself. I know sometimes in the past when I would go to events or family events I would be a stick in the mud or not saying much. Where as with magic mushrooms I felt as if I had know these people for years and I was able to speak my truth and not worried on what they thought of me.
Another benefit of microdosing was more happiness. I would go to bed at night feeling so much more content and happy. Where as before I would think of what could I have done better and all of this negative chatter. Now it is so much more positive.
More benefits of microdosing included more focus and productivity. Since I was not worrying and not stressing being caught up in my same old thought patterns I was able to get my whole check list in a day and fun doing it.
The new when microdosing psilocybin mushrooms I was having fun while doing my chores.
The biggest benefit for me was feeling fulfilled. Even when I am not microdosing I have these memories now that help me in my life.
