Scaling doesn't work the way most people think. Linear scaling is limited. When a person finds a solution to a problem, they think everyone can do that and fix the same problem. But that doesn't work at scale. Lots of thing that work for groups don't work for people. Scaling is a function of detail, size, range and a number of other factors.
