Definitions - Power - A Clearer Conception

What is power? How is is that we use this term today? Is there a better way to understand what power means? How we make sense of the world matters. This term is thrown around quite a bit and used to mean something very specific, but are we understanding this concept properly? Can we 'have more power?' or 'take the power back?' what is the importance of the word and how we use it? These are my conceptions born from observation. I try to restate these concepts in ways that everyone can benefit from. Please let me know if you don't understand or have questions.
