Complicated explanations - Don't be Fooled!

Here I cover how we over-complicate things due to our own ego, or we prefer other people to complicate things because we feel smarter for having listened. Often, our ego gets in the way, we start to prefer complicated explanations, problem formulations and answers over simple formulations. This goes both, ways, we like to hear complication and we like to make this complicated for our own purposes. I give some explanation, some examples, what to watch out for, why I think it happens, what the dangers are and how to avoid falling into this trap.
