Something new, back with Manuel to look at the Intro to Game B video and break down what forms of enchantment, narrative capture and manipulation are going on here. We aren't making claims of good or bad when avoidable, but merely trying to show you the various tools being used in the video to influence the viewer. This is an explanation born of many hours of work, including notes, reading the transcript, watching the video three times and lots of discussions with various folks. Hopefully our exploration will allow you to recognize some of the ways in which we are influenced and see some patterns of sense making that you can use to become aware of enchantment and narrative capture.
