Emacs tab bar mode, doom mode line, unicode icons, moving the menu bar

Emacs setting up tab bar mode, doom modeline, all the icons and adding the menu to the tab bar with a custom unicode icon

I also cover how to insert unicode icons by using either M-x insert-char

or pressing ctrl x 8 return
