Emacs rip-grep automatically switch to results buffer

rip-grep on Emacs doesnt automatically switch to the results buffer, so you have to press C-x o to switch to the results buffer manually every time you use rip-grep

Luckily i found an issue on the rg github issue page with some code by Howard Melman that fixes the issue and automatically switches to the rip-grep results buffer
