emacs edit and tangle files over ssh with ssh keys

Set up emacs to use your ssh keys so you can edit or tangle files over ssh without being prompted for your ssh password every time.

You can create an org document and tangle all the code blocks set the file permissions and deploy them to multiple machines at once with a keyboard shortcut.
