demo of the mpv.el emacs package to control mpv

mpv.el is a emacs package that allows you to control mpv using the JSON-based IPC protocol.
control mpv with emacs set up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6g0Wl37T8OQ
to enable milliseconds in mpv on screen display edit your ~/.config/mpv/mpv.conf file and add the following code
osd-fractions
You can then capital O in the mpv player to show the onscreen display with milliseconds
Correction: the mpv-play command doesnt have to be used in an org document to open a video with mpv, the mpv-play command also works in the mini buffer and subtitle files
Note: Youtube says there is a copyright claim for some of the audio from Night of the Living Dead (which is the public domain) when i was rewinding the video and playing they are coming to get you Barbara
What they are saying is me rewinding the video and playing the audio is actually copying someone song, what are the odds of me exactly recreating a bit of audio that someone has in a song that they have copyright over from a movie thats in the public domain and doesnt have a copyright, how does that work ?
so it forced me to trim 10 seconds out of the video, so there will be a point in the video about the 14 minute mark where the video suddenly jumps
i also cover the different syntax used by srt and vtt subtitles files
