Control OBS Studio with an Emacs org file and noweb syntax

obs-cmd is a OBS cli for obs-websocket v5 the current obs-studio implementation. It works on Linux, Mac and Windows

In this video we use an Emacs org file with org babel source code blocks with the noweb syntax to run the obs-cmd command to switch obs scenes
