This is a side by side comparison of two popular mods - OpenMW and Morroblivion. OpenMW is more of a source port than a mod though. Independent developers aimed to made a new engine for the original Morrowind. It uses a 64-bit kernel instead of the OG 32-bit version. It's also much more stable and allows for enhanced shaders. Morroblivion is actually a mod for Oblivion. It allows the world of Morrowind to run in Oblivion's "modern" engine. It requires that both Morrowind and Oblivion be installed though.
