Special Effects Created Using Python Pointillism Image Manipulation

Special Effects can be created using a Python Image Manipulation Package called Pointillism. The key to using image manipulation to create special effects is to convert the video to images in a sequential order . Manipulating each image and keeping the images in order. Then the images are convert back into a video. Much of the code used in and to create these videos is available on my website and in GitHub. Both are linked in the header image.
