Special Effects Created Using Python Pointillism Image Manipulation

Special Effects can be created using a Python Image Manipulation Package called Pointillism. The key to using image manipulation to create special effects is to convert the video to images in a sequential order . Manipulating each image and keeping the images in order. Then the images are convert back into a video. Much of the code used in and to create these videos is available on my website and in GitHub. Both are linked in the header image. Although this channel is called MyLinuxToyBox many topics will also appropriate for Windows users. If you want to learn about computers it would be well worth the subscription.
