Creating Python SQLite3 Database Snippet Resource Part 1 of 2

I believe creating a Python program that creates and uses a SQLite3 Database as a snippet resource is one of the most convenient tools you will have in your computer. Saving and retrieving snippets from the terminal is amazingly convenient and useful. In my Linux toy box it is probably the most used tool I have. I say snippets, but the database can be used for anything you wish. Not only do I store snippets. I also store passwords, Links, phone numbers, notes Although this channel is called MyLinuxToyBox many topics will also appropriate for Windows users.
