Creating a Mask Video With Various Thresholds equal to the Mean plus a Bias. What you see is the effect of changing the threshold in a Python Script. The script converts color images to black and white. When the video starts the threshold is the image-mean -100. Red numbers in the upper left indicates the change. Every five images created bias was increased by one. The script assists in the selection of a proper bias. The user should use the number displayed when the video mask appears to meet the users requirements. The script could be used to create special effects by creating randomly generated biases.
