CSIS contractor Stalking and Harassing me for hours (when building a trailer)

An acre parking lot and parked right next to our trailer pumping up noise to the max for hours - so much hard marijuana smell cannot be legal to operate a motor vehicle - this is a common stalking/harassment occurance for us
