This is the first of a 3 part video series showing the creation of a 36” x 15” oval business sign for Cornerstone Christmas Tree Farm in Cash, AR.

Part 1. (this video) Shows how I modified a PwnCNC V2 Dust Boot to fit a 2 1/2” surfacing router bit from Bits & Bits. This was done in preparation for flattening a cedar slab to be used for the Cornerstone Christmas Tree Farm business sign.

Part 2 will show how I flattened a warped cedar slab for this sign.

Part 3 will show the complete carving, painting, and finishing process.
