The Unexpected Gambit | Minetest Game Jam 2023

It's chess, in Minetest. There are some extra bits, pieces being randomly taken, placed, and a time-warp. Personally I think it would have been a lot nicer as just chess with the standard rules, but these additions do add the unexpected element.
