Building out local orderbook (work stream)

Haven't done a work stream in a while, I was working on the project off stream for a bit, but have been lazy/unfocused on it for over a week now.

I'd like to get the initialization sequence fixed up so all systems can start up properly and our local orderbook data is updated to match what's on the exchange.

Once that's complete I can begin to work on the market making order placement algorithm(s) again
