泰國鐵路局正把全國原有的單軌鐵路升級為雙軌鐵路服務 The State Railway of Thailand is upgrading the original monorail to double track service in the country

並計劃興建一條高速鐵路由曼谷向北上經過老撾到達中國昆明

And plans to build a high speed railway from Bangkok to the north through Laos to Kunming, China

而原有的曼谷華藍浦火車總站已向北遷移到了新的Bang Sue火車站

The original Bangkok Hua Lamphong Railway Station has been relocated north to the new Bang Sue train station

泰國向南邊亦興建一條時速160公里的中速鐵路幹線計劃連接馬來西亞去到新加坡

Thailand is also building a 160 km/h mid speed rail line to the south, planning to connect Malaysia to Singapore

從曼谷至華欣路段計劃將於2023年投入服務

The section from Bangkok to Hua Hin is planned to open in 2023

車程會由現在的5小時減至大約兩小時

The journey will be reduced from the current 5 hrs to about 2 hrs

展望日後鐵路沿線各地及華欣的民生經濟將會產生重大改變
