Maker Basics: Controlling bipolar stepper motors with A4998
Mikey's Lab
Today in the lab we are taking a look at the basic control of a stepper motor.
We will dive into what a stepper motor is, how they work and why you would use them.
For our experiments we will be using an Arduino Pro Mini and a A4998 Bipolar stepper motor controller.
Stepper motors are one of the many types of motors you are likely to encounter in your maker hobby. They fill the need for motors that can be very precisely controlled, and rotate indefinitely.

Lab Coat up, we are going to learn something today. This channel is an all-out assault on ignorance, and you are our projection of force. Through this channel we are going to make stuff, we are going to break stuff and we are going to test stuff
