Building The Ultimate Binary Clock with ESP8266 (NodeMCU)
Mikey's Lab
Okay, I am a nerd, as such I have a obsession with time and clocks. So today I am taking a challenge from one of my friends and building what is probably the hardest binary clock to read!
This clock not only displays the hours, minutes and seconds in binary (Not BCD), but it does it all at once using colour mixing.
Red is seconds Green is minutes Blue is hours
When a bit is required for more than one of these the colours are mixed!
If you want a tutorial on how to read binary, or this clock specifically, just let me know in the comments.
Several people have asked, yes I program for the Arduino using Visual Studio, with a plugin known as VS Micro, this overcomes a lot of silly restrictions found in the Arduino IDE.

Lab Coat up, we are going to learn something today. This channel is an all-out assault on ignorance, and you are our projection of force. Through this channel we are going to make stuff, we are going to break stuff and we are going to test stuff
