DeFi Explained. Starting from the basics of Decentralized Finance - 1

Decentralized Finance, also known as DeFi is one of the newest trend in the Cryptocurrency world. I say one of the newest, since also NFT space is facing its rhythm. DeFi borns as an alternative tool to traditional finance, where the Liquidity Pools were commonly identified with Banks and other Credit Institutes. Decentralized Finance is growing and growing every day in its sizes and you will probably see around videos of "Experts", telling and yelling about the highest Annual Percentage Yield (APY). APY is the return that a Liquidity Pool will give you in return of your deposit of money into that Liquidity Pool. Of course, they are changing, since the more money a liquidity Pool will have, the more investments to create the Yield it must have. Otherwise, the Yield will be distributed on all the amount of the Pool, and the APY will be diluted. What kind of investments are doing into the DeFi? For the most, they provide Liquidity for leverage, and Margin Trading.
