Gravity Forms is one of the premier WordPress form builders. Conditional Logic is a great future to use alongside Gravity.
In this tutorial video I walkthrough Gravity Forms conditional logic and show you how to use it.
The logic is mostly based on “If Then” statements.
You can enable conditional logic in the backend to redirect emails to different places. This is handy when you have multiple locations or managers and you want it to get to the right department.
I also like to use the number field combined with a question as a captcha to hide the form submit button. This is easy to set up, you can make the question however difficult you feel.
One of my favorite things to use conditional logic with is products. I use logic on my WordPress checkout form.
There is a trigger with the form that pops up an order bump or upsell. I used some CSS to style it up so it stands out.
