"So much torque, the chassis twisted off the line"
This wild ride cleverly named “Lo Blo” started as a 1930 Model A body. Built by Kyle Hogue during a period of personal growth and recovery, the numbers on the blower are there as a reminder of how bad things can get. The car is 37-inches tall at the roof when the airbags are deflated, and the engine stands at 6- feet tall at the top of the scoop. The #454 Chevy is bored out to 480 cubic inches and built with the best parts he could get his hands on, including the #Offenhauser tunnel ram blower intake, BDS 8-71 blower and two 800 CFM carbs. Sitting behind the engine is a #T400 transmission with a TCI torque converter linked to some extremely beefy tires!
