Meet three of my critics/enemies—the "REAL" Harry Dschaak, Christine Marie Katas, and Robbie Pace.

If only my predecessor, Joseph Smith Jr., had access to the police body cameras of the Governor of Illinois (1842-1846), Thomas Ford's, bodyguards, who were standing by, the world would have access to the malicious lies and outright wickedness that a few of his staunch enemies told Governor Ford. Governor Ford was confronted by John C. Bennett, William Law, Sampson Avard, and John Whitmer, who told him the most egregious lies and prevaricated facts about Joseph, which led to an arrest warrant issued for inciting a riot and TREASON. (Treason was punishable by death.)

If ONLY the world could see how these once faithful supporters of Joseph turned on him and invented countless lies in order to prejudice the legal authorities against him.

If Joseph would have had a few more days to live, he might have successfully filed a few defamation and slander lawsuits against these terrible liars, who convinced the authorities that they had evidence and were personal witnesses to Joseph's acts of treason, fraud, and anything else they could think of to convince the legal authorities to take Joseph into custody.

Luckily for me, a police officer was wearing a body camera and making a full recording of a report that Harry Dschaak, Christine Marie Katas, and Robbie Pace made about me ... being a murderer, a conman, and a "serial killer" ... Yes, the final words spoken and recorded by Christine Marie Katas was her personal witness and testimony that I am a "serial killer."

I had good cause, very good cause, to sue these three people for defamation and slander.

If I find out that any of these three, or any others, have given testimony of these outrageous lies, a product of their vain and foolish imaginations, in order to protect the work, known as a Marvelous Work and a Wonder®, and my integrity and character, I will refile a Federal Lawsuit against each.

This video gives absolute proof and unchallengeable evidence of the miserable state of my critics and enemies, and the low level to which they would stoop in their efforts to see me persecuted, and if they had their wish ... killed!

NOTE: The Orem City Police Department, as did many other legal authorities in the State of Utah, investigated their claims. Upon investigation, the complaints and cases against me were closed.

I failed to follow through on filing a lawsuit against Christine Marie Katas at the time, but threatened her with one if she continued her outrageous lies.

I was successful at obtaining a Restraining Order against Mr. Pace, an order that remains to this day that restrains him from any further mention of the things of which he accused me.

I stepped away from a lawsuit I filed against Dshaak in the State of Idaho, because of lack of competent legal representation. I am considering filing a Federal law suit again to continue the lawsuit and rescind the judgement that the judge was forced to give Mr. Dshaak in his countersuit against me.

Not ONE THING ... NOT A SINGLE ACCUSATION ... that any these parties made was truthful or could have been upheld at a fair trail. I dare any of them to tempt me to proceed again against them a second time!
