For the Cheesecake 2 cups (450g) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup (100g) caster/granulated sugar 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk, room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup (120g) Greek-style yogurt
For the Raspberry Swirl 4 oz (113g) fresh raspberries 2 tablespoons (28g) granulated sugar
