Alleviating Existential Angst, Anxiety, and Depression
This is the first in a new series of guided meditations, prayers, songs, and all things spiritual. The meditation was designed to help alleviate existential angst, general anxiety, and depression symptoms.
In today’s busy world, it’s easy to get lost in simple day-to-day activities. The stress and pressure we experience in our modern lives often lead to mental or physical ailments. So, it’s more important now than ever to dedicate some time that’s just for us, to just unplug, unfocus, and unwind. It’s actually very important for our brains to do “nothing” sometimes – nothing being a relative term for something that’s actually good for us.
This guided meditation helps us to do exactly that. It also helps us remember to be thankful for what we have and to take care of ourselves and each other.
