K40 Laser Reverse Mirror Alignment? - What was wrong with my Unit!

Mirror Alignment of a K40 is quite a task. Since my last video you guys gave me so much input that i had to check what is wrong with my K40 Laser! This video is not a tutorial, i think there are very good videos out there explaining step by step how to achieve perfect alignment of the three mirrors. However there was an ad on youtube showing a bracket to reverse align your Laser Cutter, so of course i had to try this out in order to find a simple solution to a quite annoying problem. I 3D printed a bracket in order to mount a 5mw Laser diode to the laser head, sending a visible laser beam the opposite direction from the head to the tube. The files to print your own bracket are free to download on my Webpage where you also find the red dot laser diode holder and all of my other projects. Spoiler: it did not work... but this little tool can help to adjust the "Laser head-sled" as there are quite a few parts that may wobble out of alignment over time. In my case i found a broken Hex Bar that forced my laser to come out of alignment when the sled moves to certain spots in the machine do to the cable chain. A quite annoying problem i only found out because i disassembled the sled. I hope you enjoy this experiment!
