Quick door frame, quick-ish CNC ripple panel

Previously I posted a video about making an CNC airing cupboard door with a ripple effect, it took me about 8 months to make that door, so when it came to making the doors for the sink unit I was keen to experiment with a faster approach. Firstly I 3d printed a custom jig to help me make the frames really quickly, then I made the panels as a single piece on the CNC. each one took about 10 hours of CNC time which is quite a lot. but much faster than cutting hundreds of individual sticks :-)
