Trying To Catch My First Redfish On The Fly Ever

In this video I set out to try and accomplish a big fishing goal of mine and attempted to catch a redfish on the fly, specifically from my kayak. I just bought an 8 wt Quest Fly Combo from LL Bean up in Maine, but I hadn't gone fly fishing in about 6 months so my confidence was a bit low but my hopes were high. I had found a nice looking flat a few days earlier and I set out around low tide with a box of flies and a single goal in mind.
