Make creepy wax cast fingers for halloween – Make Science Fun

Do you want to make your own creepy fingers? It’s pretty easy and pretty fun! Materials: You’ll need some candles, an empty tin, matches and some Plaster of Paris. Method:

1. First make a mould of your finger by dipping it into warm melted wax. Make the mould thick by dipping it in and out of the wax a few times.
2. Now wiggle your finger out of the mould.
3. Make up some Plaster of Paris mix by mixing it with water in a plastic cup.
4. Fill your finger mould with the Plaster of Paris mixture.
5. Wait a couple of hours for it to set hard.
6. Use a candle or gas flame to melt the wax away, leaving the cast of your finger behind! Awesome!
