For our school's Science Week 2019 one of our lunchtime activities was a rocket launching demonstration. We launched small bottle rockets with compressed air and water, others with diet coke and liquid nitrogen. Finally we launched the GIANT bottle rocket (it contained a 10 litre office water bottle) with liquid nitrogen and diet coke.
