Hello everyone, and welcome back to a new episode of The Robloxian, the news show for anything and everything Roblox! This week has been REALLY packed with stuff.

First, let’s talk about one of the biggest stories out of Roblox HQ this week: the Bloxys are back! Roblox announced this over Twitter this week, although it has been confirmed by several creators before this. Currently, there aren’t too many categories available, the only ones being Game of the Year, Best Game Trailer, Best Sleeper Hit, Roblox Video of the Year and Best Video Creator (Basically Best Youtuber), although they did mention that more will be coming soon.

One of the big downsides that many in the community have expressed beyond the small number of categories is the lack of player nominations. A lot of people were excited to nominate someone or some game in the community that they felt deserved the award, but were disappointed to find out that that option currently isn’t available. Maybe they will have it for the future , maybe not. But either way, people are generally happy that at least this part of the platform is still around to stay.

Next, let’s jump over to some drama, and that has to do with giveaways. OceanGraphics and VenseriYT got into a heated battle over supposed faking giveaways along with other things. Both of them seemed to have backed down, at least for now, but the crazy part is that this wasn’t even the only giveaway drama this week! Another creator by the name of UziHussain was accused of faking his high-profile giveaway of a classic fedora and valkyrie helm, and selling them for US dollars instead of actually giving them out.
