The loans have stipulations in them requiring corporations from America and Europe be used to build infrastructure. This prevents the loan money from enriching the economy of the country that received the loan. Sabotage and other measures are implemented to assure they can never pay back the loan, so interest and debt accumulates indefinitely. When the date passes for the loan to be repaid in full, the IMF & World Bank demand that country vote on bills that support foreign interests (Globalism), and/or sell off the rights to natural resources within that country to corporations under their control.
